❤️ Health & Wellness: Building a Healthier Tomorrow for All

At Smile Club Helping Foundation, we believe that good health is not a privilege, but a basic human right. Across many parts of India—especially in rural, tribal, and underserved communities—access to basic healthcare, nutrition, and awareness is still a dream. Our Health & Wellness initiative focuses on bringing quality health services, preventive care, and life-saving awareness to those who need it most.

Whether it’s a tribal mother who needs antenatal care, a child suffering from malnutrition, or a young girl learning about menstrual hygiene for the first time—we are there, reaching the unreached with compassion and care.

🏥 Our Key Areas of Work

1. Free Health Camps

We conduct multi-specialty health camps in remote villages and slums in partnership with doctors, nurses, and hospitals. These camps include general check-ups, eye exams, dental care, women’s health, and child care.

  • Over 10,000+ individuals screened and treated

  • Free distribution of essential medicines and vitamin supplements

  • Health cards issued for follow-up and referrals

2. Maternal & Child Health

We support pregnant women, new mothers, and infants through maternal care kits, nutrition counseling, and immunization drives. Regular sessions are held on breastfeeding, child nutrition, and hygiene.

  • Provided 1,500+ mothers with maternal nutrition kits

  • Partnered with local ASHAs and Anganwadi workers for follow-ups

  • Supported early childhood health interventions in 3 districts

3. Menstrual Hygiene & Awareness

We educate adolescent girls and women on menstrual health to break taboos and ensure dignity. Reusable sanitary pads and hygiene kits are distributed during awareness drives.

  • Reached 4,000+ girls through hygiene education

  • Distributed free pads and hygiene materials to schools and villages

  • Collaborated with local women to produce low-cost sanitary products

4. Nutrition & Wellness

Malnutrition is a silent killer. We work to improve dietary habits through nutrition awareness, kitchen gardens, mid-day meal support, and community cooking sessions with locally available food.

  • Installed 70+ nutrition gardens at schools and Anganwadis

  • Conducted workshops on anemia prevention, healthy cooking, and food diversity

💡 Holistic Wellness Approach

Health is not just physical. We also focus on mental wellness, stress management, and emotional well-being, especially for women and adolescents. Sessions on yoga, mindfulness, and support groups are part of our expanding wellness efforts..
